Sanako of Turku, Finland is the world's leading producer of language learning laboratories and other learning environments. In the spring of 2005 a project was initiated by which we sought to develop our information systems used for customer support. The project's goals were to give support to Sanako's strategic development projects by evaluating defined business processes.

The resulting evaluation delivered new information about the degree in which Sanako's customer relationship management (CRM) was being utilized. Based on the evaluation of business processes, information systems and customer cooperation, it is possible to enhance service in a way that makes business more efficient .
